Patient self scheduling is multi-faceted, with change management needed on many levels (patients, providers and operational leaders). Patients expect that they will have the same scheduling experience online as they would if they reach out to a call center. That's not as easy as it sounds due to template standards and expectations, blocks on schedules, etc. And, when expectations aren't met initially, patients may not return to try self scheduling again. At Pivot Point, we're passionate about patient access, and balancing both patient and provider satisfaction around scheduling, and would love to continue this conversation with others!

"A recent KLAS survey found that 78% of organizations implementing automated PA have witnessed improved financial outcomes and a significant uptick in staff efficiency." Great, but not good enough! 100% of healthcare organizations should expect productivity and financial improvement from prior authorization automation. The other 22% may be relying on one-size-fits all bots, a less effective method than customized workflow and payer connections. What good is automation without the results that you expect? Let's work together to simplify healthcare! https://hubs.ly/Q01Vm1V-0 #priorauthorizations #healthcare #simplify #builtaroundyou
