@emilysears I think we also had to *contact* Comcast over the phone and go through their automated system to "restart" our internet service.So I do not want to recommend it when it could make things even worse. :/

What were the problems with SNAP?1/2 Seriously. I'm very curious to hear what went wrong. In 2016, SNAP @Snapchat was all that, so much so that Comcast poured Olympic videos into the platform and invested $500 million in the company. #SNAP #DigitalMedia #media
