Is RTT evidence based?
RTT® is a therapeutic approach that uses powerful, evidence-based techniques to provide people with the tools they need to make positive change. The roots of RTT® are drawn from within areas of traditional psychotherapy such as gestalt, solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy,
These are just some of the benefits RTT® can offer:
Proven results - around an 80% success rate after 3 sessions.
Traditional therapy uses techniques that focus on the patient's conscious mind, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while RTT Therapy utilizes hypnotherapy to access the patient's subconscious mind.
It was also very effective: in only one month, I noticed changes in my self-esteem in many ways. It is easier for me to say yes to life, to set boundaries, and be mindful of my needs.
A complete solution-based treatment, Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), combines the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, CBT, and Neuroscience. Discover more with a FREE MASTERCLASS from the creator of Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®)…
RTT, or Rapid Transformational Therapy, can be effectively used to help people struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, low self-esteem and even relationship issues.
Differences Between RRT and EMDR
RRT incorporates hypnosis and storytelling techniques, while EMDR emphasizes bilateral stimulation to facilitate reprocessing. The number of sessions required for each approach also varies, with RRT often being more expedient in its results.
RTT is different (and more effective) in four ways.
Firstly, CBT deals with problems on a conscious level, in RTT I deal with the client's subconscious mind where all of our memories, failures, traumas and beliefs are stored. Our subconscious mind is hundreds of times smarter than our conscious mind.
RTT is basically hypnotherapy on steroids. The two are very similar in that they both utilize a hypnotic state to achieve healing, but RTT uses multiple best-practices of various other therapeutic approaches, including hypnotherapy, to achieve faster, more effective results in just one session.
Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, RTT® does not rely solely on positive reinforcement. RTT® goes beyond this and focuses on identifying how, where and when unhelpful beliefs and behaviors were formed.
Does insurance cover RTT therapy?
As of now, insurance companies do not typically cover RTT and/or coaching. However, it's my hope that over time, this will change so more people can experience the benefits of working closely with an RTT Therapist + Coach.
Offering permanent and fast transformation in as few as one to three sessions, Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) combines principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and neuroscience.
"The RTT experience was incredible. It blows my mind the impact it has had on me, my everyday life but also my entourage. I first noticed a change after the recording session. After that session I felt lighter but also very proud of myself.
Marisa Peer is the founder of the Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) method, a world-renowned motivational speaker and a best-selling author of six books.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), was developed by the award winning therapist Marisa Peer. It is a deep rooted , multi level form of hypnotherapy offering fast effective result, guaranteed to relieve any physical, emotional and physiological pain.
The intent of both EMDR and hypnotherapy is to replace unwanted thoughts, feelings, or emotions with healthier ones to create lasting change. Simply put, neither one is better than the other as every individual is different and both have shown promising results in similar applications.
Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a method uses to address the root cause that is preventing you from losing weight. Once the core issue is found and addressed, the RTT therapist then helps reframe the relationship your subconscious has with food.
Rapid Transformational Therapy is essentially therapy on speed. With one session, you go into a state of relaxation and reflection to heal past traumas, whether small or large.
RTT® may be able to help you overcome specific issues if you are struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression, or panic attacks by, for example, helping you to change automatic feelings of fear into excitement, or breaking away from behaviours that are causing physical or emotional pain.
Clients should also not use EMDR therapy when they don't yet trust their therapist or there isn't a strong therapeutic alliance, as it's vital for the success of EMDR therapy to feel safe around your therapist.
Why is EMDR so expensive?
Factors Influencing the Cost of EMDR Therapy: Therapist Qualifications and Experience: EMDR therapy requires specialized training and expertise. Therapists with advanced certifications and years of experience may charge higher fees due to their knowledge in the field.
Numerous therapists see BSP as an alternative to EMDR, with EMDR being the preferred option. If you have PTSD or other trauma-related mental problems, explore both treatments with your therapists. Based on your symptoms and prior treatment experience, your therapist can better direct you.
The unique layering of various techniques makes RTT far more effective in treating people in a single session. RTT is far more all-encompassing than NLP as a treatment method.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (or RTT) is a hybrid therapy known for its efficiency in discovering the root of a client's issue and helping them let it go for good. Anxiety, stress, a lack of self-esteem and addiction are just a few of the many ailments RTT can help alleviate.
CBT Vs.
Both EMDR and CBT are effective for a wide variety of concerns. EMDR is more likely to be used and recommended for PTSD or traumatic experiences because it was initially designed to treat trauma and includes a wealth of research to demonstrate that it is a frontline treatment for PTSD.
