Does UC Davis accept online transcripts? ›

You may submit official transcripts through one of the following methods: Electronically, via: Parchment, Naviance, National Student Clearinghouse or JST DoD Military Transcripts.

Any act of cheating is a serious offense, which may warrant Probation or Deferred Separation up to Suspension or Dismissal from the University, depending on the facts.

Academic Probation on the Basis of GPA is defined as follows: Academic Probation (one or more of the following): Quarter GPA that is below 2.000 but greater than 1.500. Overall UC GPA that is below 2.000 but greater than 1.500.

You will be asked to submit official transcripts from all schools and colleges you have attended, including high school, regardless of your length of attendance or whether you believe the credit is transferable. Some campuses may request transcripts prior to admission.

Current and former UC Davis students request your transcript through Parchment and have a printed transcript mailed using USPS First Class Mail.

Instructors (or the Academic Integrity Committee, in cases that go to a hearing) decide whether to assign a permanent or regular F. A permanent F remains on a student's transcript forever and is calculated into their GPA. It cannot be removed, even if the student retakes the course and earns a higher grade.

You must earn at least a 2.40 GPA in your UC-transferable classes to meet UC requirements; California non-residents must earn at least a 2.80 GPA. However, UC Davis requires a minimum 2.80 GPA to be selected for admission, and many of our most popular programs may require a higher GPA.

Experts also note that it may be difficult to transfer while on academic probation. Wold-McCormick says a probation typically doesn't appear on a student's transcript, though a college may be able to deduce a student's status because of the low GPA.

Most universities accept unofficial transcripts that can be uploaded by the student online along with their application. It is used in the application review process.

UC Berkeley needs an official transcript from every college/university at which you took courses. The preferred method of receiving transcripts is electronically through a third party vendor, though we will accept paper transcripts via mail.

We also accept transcripts electronically through eTranscriptCA, Credential Solutions, Digitary, eScripSafe, Scribbles, SCOIR, and National Student Clearinghouse if your academic institution is registered with these e-transcript vendors.

Cal State LA (CSU Los Angeles) accepts electronic transcripts from schools/colleges that partner with Parchment/Credential Solutions, Naviance, National Student Clearinghouse and for some California Community Colleges, eTranscript CA.
