All items ordered before 10:30am CT will be sent the same business day. Items ordered after 10:30am CT will be sent on the following business day. Orders placed after 10:30am CT on Friday will be sent on the following Monday.

How will I know when my order hasbeen sent?

Assoon as your order is sent from our warehouse you will be sent an email toconfirm that it's on its way.

Once my order has been shipped whenwill I receive it?

Dependingon your method of shipping, your timing will vary:

• Standard Shipping - you will receive your order in 3-10 days
• Expedited - you will receive your order in 1-5 days
• Next Day - you will receive your order in 1 Business day.This service is only available on orders placed Monday through Thursday
• The timeliness of service to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. may be affected by the limited availability of transportation. Due to the variability of transportation, Package Services andUSPS packages may take up to two to five weeks to reach Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and any U.S. Territories. This includes ZIP Codes with prefixes of 967 and 969 and those with the following prefixes: 995, 996, 997, 998, 999, 968, 006, 007, 008, and 009

Do you charge for shipping?

We offer FREE Standard Shipping but charge for Expedited and NextBusinessDay:

PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS PLACED USING FEDEX CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO PO BOXES.

What do I do if I have not receivedmy order?

Ifyour order does not arrive within 14 days please contact us so that we caninvestigate with the shipping company.

One of the items is missing from myorder. What do I do?

Sometimesitems that are ordered on the same day may arrive to you on different days. Wewill send you an email to let you know when each item is on its way.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to the United States and US territories.

Youcan also exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it.

Ifthe item is out of stock and you do not wish to order an alternative item, yourcredit card will not be charged for the item.

How do I return an item?

To arrange a return please contact us at[emailprotected]and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason why. We will then issue you a unique Returns Authorization (RA) number and the return instructions.

I have received my item, but now Iwant to return it?

Ifyou are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days ofreceiving it for full refund. Please note that DVDs, Blu-rays, and 4K discs thathave been opened or have had their shrink-wrap removed are not eligible forreturn.

Thecost of shipping to return a product you no longer need will be paid for by theperson returning the product and will require a Returns Authorization (RA)number.

TheRA number will be given to you by our customer services team.

I have received my item but it's damaged / faulty. What should I do?

If your item has arrived damaged or is faulty, we will make this right as soon as possible, either by sending a replacement item to you or refunding your account. If we ask for the item to be returned to us, then GRUV.com will pay for the cost of the return via a pre-paid label. In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged or faulty, all you need to do is contact us and we will provide the relevant returns information.

I have received an item that I didn’torder?

If you received an item that you did not order, you can return it to us for a full refund or replacement. If we ask for the item to be returned to us, then GRUV.com will pay for the cost of the return via a pre-paid label.

When will I receive my refund/replacement?

Wewill process your refund / replacement as soon as your item is received backinto our warehouse. Replacements are subject to availability and, if notavailable, a refund will be given instead. Where possible please retain the packaging that your original order arrived in as you can use it to return the items to us.
