Otherwise, her public appearances are few (considering she's now an adult) and when she makes them, she doesn't appear confident and engaged.

In comparison to other drugs it is the most expensive one, that is the reason why wealthy people are taking it.
And yes, if you take too much your nose gets destroyed, I have heard of famous rock stars who had to have operations to get new nose bones .

however I cannot imagine that an attractive young woman such as Olympia would go so far to get her "beauty" destroyed because of heavy drug consumation.
