Odawa is an NPC, who works as a merchant in the Jungle portion of the Crystal Hollows, specifically in the Jungle Village, which is guaranteed to spawn in each server.

If the player is in the Jungle, and does not have a Jungle Key in their inventory, it will point to Odawa. If they do have a Key, it will point to the Jungle Temple. If the player is in the Magma Fields, it will point to Khazad-dûm.
