Spent the day researching our tv options when we cancel @FrontierCorp cable. Think we found a couple that should work well. Were pissed about MLB network & HBOMax situation, but dropping @FOXSportsSW is a deal breaker. No respect for long time customers. #FrontierSucks

@FrontierCorp Guess “thorough evaluation” means holding your customers hostage while you fight with all the regional sports channels. Ridiculous. The provider we use @ our 2nd home in another state solved issue w/an optional sports package.

@FrontierCorp So, when someone signs up, a representative informs the customer that the advertised cost is off by $7 per month? No, the customer receives a surprise in 1st bill and can't be bothered to cancel. Still charge $10 for equipment. Nice scam there Sara. You human? Yes? Shame on you!

On w/ @FrontierCorp calling on behalf of my gf who they have been stonewalling for more than a week, denying service to a rural home that was interrupted due to their mistakes. Now they say the only way to regain service is to set up a new account - smells fishy #monopoliessuck
