  @RCNconnects Unless you can tell me what the daily upload data cap on a 1Gbps down / 20Mbps up internet package is (which I could not find any info on online), I don't think a third set of DMs (alongside four separate phone calls and two separate tech visits) is going to solve much today.

  @WaveConnects Run, don't walk away from this company. IMO they are the WORST ISP. They have CONSTANT internet pages at my location. The customer service has disconnected my calls many times. I work from home and their outages have cost me dearly. They don't provide the speed they advertise.

  @RCNconnects never ceases to amazeA timeline: July 6-internet stops working, explicitly ask if my backup modem is compatible because I don't want to be charged for tech visit if it isn't, told in text support that yes it is compatible. Sends tech out.

  @RCNconnects I’ve been a customer with RCN for over 20 years and my current bill is $344.40 and that is with a $30.00 customer loyalty credit or it would be $374.40! I’m bummed I may be ending our relationship soon. I never do stuff like this but this cost is insane!

  @grandecom Can we please fix the internet outages! My internet has been down 5 times in a 2 hour span. This is after someone has been out to supposedly fix the problem.
